NORWAY'S CAMPER RENTAL SINCE 2014

Car Ferry Tickets

If you plan to take a ferry in Norway, you do not need to purchase a ticket in advance. Reservations for ferry crossings are not available beforehand. Simply drive to the ferry port, wait in line, and follow the boarding instructions when directed.

The ferry fee will be automatically billed to Arctic Campers, and the cost will later be deducted from your deposit. If the deposit has already been used for other expenses, we will send you a payment link to settle the ferry charges after your rental period.

All ferry crossing costs incurred during your rental period are your responsibility. Ferry fees are not included in the toll road flat fee.

Ferry from and to Senja

If you plan to take the Andenes – Gryllefjord or Gryllefjord – Andenes ferry during peak season (summer), we recommend arriving 3–4 hours before departure to secure a spot in line. The same applies to the Botnhamn – Brensholmen or Brensholmen – Botnhamn ferry.

Due to the high volume of passengers and vehicles, late arrivals may need to wait for the next departure.

Ferry Bodø - Moskenes (Lofoten) - Bodø

For this ferry crossing, advance reservations are possible and can be made on the official ferry website: Torghatten Nord. To complete a reservation, you will need to enter your license plate number.

Important:

• You cannot make a reservation before picking up your camper or car, as the license plate number is required.

• If you prepay for the ferry crossing, ensure that you do not get charged twice by ferry employees scanning your license plate. Always show them your prepaid reservation before making any additional payments.

Arctic Campers does not take responsibility if you are charged twice for the same ferry crossing.

During peak season (summer), we strongly recommend arriving early to secure your place in line, even with a reservation.
