The Ássebákti nature and culture trail lies in the pine forest west of Karasjok. It is about 3,9 km each way with only about 75 metres of climbing. Plan about 3 hours both ways. The trail is graded Blue: medium.
The path is not marked, so bring a map or a phone with the route. It starts at the car park at Ássebákti, where parking is free. In summer, bring mosquito repellent.
