Ekkerøy is a small peninsula in the Varangerfjord east of Vadsø. A marked round walk of about 7,7 km takes you around it, with only about 100 metres of climbing. Plan about 2,5 hours for the whole loop.
On the way you pass the bird cliff, where kittiwakes nest in early summer. Keep your distance from the cliff edge and the birds. The walk starts at the car park in Ekkerøy.
