Wild Campsite 24
- Elvenes - Tromsø Camp spot at a public parking. Close to the airport, good for Northern Lights.
- Gløshaugen Troms On the top of the mountain pass to Rekvik. Great view and good Northern Lights hunting spot.
- Guolasjávri - Kåfjord Troms Wild campsite in the highlands (810 m) of Kåfjord very close to the Finnish border. Great view towards the mountain Halti and the lake Guolasjávri.
- Hatteng Troms Parking with toilets and great 360 degree view. Good for chasing the Northern Lights.
- Kåfjorddalen - Troms Camp spot with a simple toilet. It is also the starting point for the hike to the Gorsabrua and the old mining places.
- Kattfjord Troms Great place with a public outdoor pizza oven - nice view towards islands and waterfall.
- Kattfjordvatnet Kvaløya Camp spot beside the road and great possibility to watch the Northern Lights.
- Kjosen Lyngen Alps Great wild camp spot by the sea. With a view into a small glacier.
- Kvalsund by Tromsø Wild camp spot 35 minutes from the rental office. Great view with fireplace.
- Kvalsund Tromsø Great place to make a fire on the beach or fish. 30 minutes drive from Tromsø. Almost 24 h sunshine in the summer.
- Lille Kårvik - Troms Wild camp spot on a shoulder of a quiet gravel road with fireplace, river and easily accessible sea.
- Mandalselva Great camp spot right beside a waterfall.
- Manneset Troms Great camp spot down by the sea. Optimal place for fishing from the land and you will find also a fireplace.
- Måsvik Rebbenesøya Remote spot on the island Rebbenesøya. Great white beach with perfect view towards the south.
- Nordfjordbotn Troms Several camp spots directly on a small beach. Not far from Tromsø and easy to find.
- Russelv Lyngen Alps Great camp spot for chasing Northern Lights or watching eagles, seals or whales.
- Skibotn Troms Parking beside the E6 on a parking lot and you have a great chance to see the Northern Lights from here.
- Skibotndalen Troms Great view into the Skibotn Valley. Several great camp spots on the way up / down.
- Skibotnveien in Kåfjord Wild camp spot beside the E6 with great access to the fjord.
- Skjervøy Troms Park the camper right down by the sea - 30 minutes off the E6. Amazing view into the fjord, mountains and small glaciers.
- Sommarøy - Troms Sea, islands and mountains view - Small parking, with toilets. You can park just in front of the sea.
- Sørskaret close to Tromsø Wild camp spot with a great view into the fjord, with toilets and hiking possibilities.
- Straumsfjord Troms Wild camp spot on a small parking lot close to the road. Good for chasing the Northern Lights, close to Tromsø.

Landmark / POI 5
- EISCAT (HAARP) Tromsø Polar research station with massive radar systems.
- Fjellheisen Tromsø Take the Fjellheisen cable car or hike up to the top of Storsteinen. Great view over the city and region.
- Kvænangsfjellet Nordreisa Troms Great view from the mountain pass into the fjord. Check traffic information in winter time!
- Lyngstuva - Lyngen Alps A small hut which was the home of a lighthouse warden. Great place to visit!
- Nordic Tripoint A tripoint between Finland, Sweden and Norway. In the winter time it is a great destination with a rented snowscooter.
Hiking Trail 4
- Blåvatnet - Lyngen Alps 3-hour hike along a glacier river to the turquoise lake Blåvatnet.
- Gråtinden on Ringvassøya Easy 3-hour hike with a great view towards the bird rock Sørfugløya.
- Halti - Troms / Finland Hike onto the highest mountain peak of Finland. It takes about 5-6 hours and is 14 km long.
- Helvetestinden Rebbenesøya Lonely 5-hour hike over several peaks to Helvetestinden, with views to Senja and the Lyngen Alps.

- Krogstadtunet Old farm, now working as a camp site. It offers free shower, cooking facilities and overnight grass parking!
