Camping by the beach!

Small, family-run campsite right by Hoddevik beach. We welcome tents, campers and caravans.

Hoddevik is a special place by the sea, beautiful and with rough weather. Steep mountain slopes surround the small village with a sandy beach where the waves foam. The narrow and winding road is an attraction in itself. After passing the highest point of Hoddevikfjellet, the descent begins, and suddenly you get a magnificent view of the settlement, the beach and the sea. Further down the road goes in hairpin bends.

We welcome anyone who wants to enjoy the nature in the area, or just wants to relax a little off the beaten track. We have a basic standard, with toilets, shower, drinking water and a sink for dishwashing. In the kiosk we sell coffee, ice cream and soda, pizza, toast, some salty snacks and some sweets. If you are cold from playing in the water, Sauna Susanna will come to your rescue. You can buy your groceries in Stadlandet, 12 km before you get to Hoddevik. We have a charger for electric cars, you must bring your own cable. Dogs are welcome, they must be on a leash both at the campsite, on the beach and elsewhere in the area.
